Poison Ivy Soap and Salve- A Summer staple!
Poison ivy is Everywhere!!
Poison ivy is a rash caused by an allergic reaction to an oily resin called Urushiol. It's found in poison ivy, poison sumac, and poison oak.
To alleviate the rash and relieve skin irritation, it's essential to promptly remove the urushiol oil from your skin. Fortunately, nature provides a plant called Jewelweed, which is specifically designed for this purpose. If you find it in the wild, simply crush the stem in your hands and apply it to the affected area. This helps neutralize the oil, preventing further spread. If Jewelweed is not readily available, our Poison Ivy Soap and Poison Ivy Salve can help alleviate the rash and itching.
This is a seasonal item and can only be made and stocked when Jewelweed is growing in the summer. Limited Stock
With several years of development, this salve and soap have gained a loyal following. It combines four healing herbs celebrated for their Antipruritic properties.
